Joe Ingles

Joe Ingles is the connective tissue every good team wants — a crafty, unhurried Australian wing whose value rarely showed up in a highlight reel. Undrafted, he found a home in Utah, where he became the Jazz's all-time leader in made three-pointers and one of the league's smartest passers, running offense off the bounce with a shooter's gravity. A torn ACL in early 2022 slowed him, and later stops with Milwaukee, Orlando and Minnesota shifted him into a veteran-mentor role. By 2025-26 his minutes were sparse — his impact had moved to the locker room and the practice floor. A fixture of the Australian Boomers since his 2008 Olympic debut, he signed with Melbourne United in May 2026 to keep competing back home. His IQ, not his athleticism, kept him in the league this long.
