Max Strus

Max Strus is a knockdown movement shooter whose outside stroke and toughness made him a valuable rotation wing on playoff teams. Undrafted out of DePaul, he earned his way into the league and broke through with the Miami Heat before signing with the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he stretched the floor as a starter. A Jones fracture in his foot cost him most of the 2025-26 regular season before he returned for the playoffs, and he was later traded to the Los Angeles Clippers. At 6-foot-5 Strus combines relentless off-ball shooting with competitive defense — the kind of connective floor-spacer contenders covet.
