Mike Conley

Conley is the kind of steadying floor general whose value rarely shows up in a box score. Across a long career with Memphis, Utah, and Minnesota, he controlled tempo, protected the ball, and made the right read — the metronome behind the 'Grit and Grind' Grizzlies. His trophy case is defined by character as much as production: a record four Sportsmanship Awards, two Teammate of the Year honors, and one of the longest technical-foul-free streaks the league has seen. A late-arriving All-Star in 2021 after a 14-year wait, he also earned an All-Defensive nod in 2013. In July 2026 he signed with Boston for his 20th season, joining the short list of players to reach that mark, still valued as a locker-room anchor and emergency-lever guard.
