RJ Barrett is a downhill scoring wing who has grown into one of the steadier two-way pieces on a young Toronto Raptors team. The third overall pick out of Duke in 2019, he spent his first five-plus seasons with the New York Knicks before a December 2024 trade brought him to Toronto, close to where he was raised in Canada. In 2025-26 he averaged 19.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists while shooting a career-best 49.1% from the field, and he raised his level in the postseason, scoring at least 18 points in every game of Toronto's seven-game playoff run.
