Scottie Barnes

Barnes won Rookie of the Year in 2022 and has spent five seasons in Toronto without ever settling into one position, which is the point of him: 17.4 points, 7.5 rebounds and 5.2 assists across 356 games from a forward who guards most of the floor. His 2025-26 brought a second All-Star selection and a statistical line only three players had matched before — 1,250 points, 450 assists, 100 steals and 100 blocks in a season, alongside Michael Jordan, Kevin Garnett and Dwyane Wade. The jump shot has lagged the rest of the game throughout, and it remains the difference between a very good player and the franchise cornerstone Toronto drafted him to be.
