Isaiah Stewart

Stewart is one of the few players in the NBA who attended the same prep school as Jalen Duren — La Lumiere School in Indiana — though in different years.

He was involved in one of the most memorable incidents in NBA history when he sustained a cut from LeBron James in November 2021 and had to be restrained from retaliating.

Stewart grew up in Rochester, New York — the same city that produced former NBA player Bob Lanier, whose retired number 16 hangs in the rafters at Little Caesars Arena.

Despite being listed at 6'8" as a center, Stewart's physical strength and technique make him one of the most effective interior players in the Eastern Conference.
