Khris Middleton

Middleton was traded on draft night — from the Sacramento Kings to the Milwaukee Bucks — before ever practicing with the team that drafted him.

He grew up in Canada but moved to Charleston, South Carolina, with his family as a child, developing his game in a completely different basketball culture.

During the 2021 Eastern Conference Finals, Middleton's back-to-back-to-back-to-back elimination game performances are considered one of the greatest clutch stretches in playoff history.

Despite being a two-time All-Star before 2022, Middleton was consistently underrated in national media — a reflection of playing in the same system as Giannis Antetokounmpo.
