The youngest of the four Antetokounmpo brothers, Alex has spent years carving his own path through the developmental circuit rather than riding the family name. In October 2025 he signed a two-way deal with Milwaukee, and for a stretch of 2025-26 he shared a roster with brothers Giannis and Thanasis — the first time in league history three brothers wore the same team's jersey in the same season. Most of his year unfolded with the Wisconsin Herd in the G League, where he profiles as a big, mobile wing still refining his jumper and defensive reads. His NBA minutes were sparse, but his late-March debut at Fiserv Forum was a real moment. With Giannis traded away that summer, Alex signed with Greece's Promitheas Patras for 2026-27, betting on steadier minutes abroad.
