Lindy Waters III has built a career on one elite, portable skill: he can really shoot. The Oklahoma State product went undrafted in 2020, ground through the minor-league TBL and the G League's OKC Blue, and earned a two-way deal from his hometown Thunder in 2022 — a climb that doesn't happen without a translatable weapon. That catch-and-shoot three has followed him through Oklahoma City, Golden State, Detroit and now San Antonio, where he signed in the summer of 2025. The 2025-26 role was thin — 2.4 points in about 7 minutes across 40 games, mostly emergency spacing on a deep Spurs bench — so this is an honest depth profile, not a breakout.
