Maurice Cheeks was one of the best defensive point guards in NBA history, ranking in the top 5 all-time in steals with 2,310. He won an NBA championship with the Philadelphia 76ers in 1983, was a 4-time All-Star, and played 15 NBA seasons. Cheeks later became an NBA head coach and assistant coach.
