Ryan Conwell

Ryan Conwell grew up in Indianapolis and starred at Pike High School before a four-stop college career: South Florida, Indiana State, Xavier and finally Louisville. As a senior with the Cardinals in 2025-26 he averaged 18.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists, shooting 40.8% from the field, 34.5% on high-volume threes and 83.2% at the line, earning All-ACC Second Team recognition. A physical 6'3" guard, he projects as a movement and off-dribble shooter with proven scoring across programs, though his fit between the guard spots, a senior efficiency dip and average playmaking frame the concerns. Selected 37th overall by Oklahoma City and traded to Miami on draft night, he signed a three-year standard contract with a guaranteed first season and a partial second-year guarantee. He projects as a bench shooting specialist who can space the floor for the Heat.
