Tari Eason

Tari Eason is a havoc-creating defensive forward and one of the most disruptive role players on the young Houston Rockets. The 17th pick in 2022 out of LSU, he plays with relentless energy — jumping passing lanes, crashing the glass and defending multiple positions — while adding a steadily improving three-point shot. In 2025-26 he averaged 10.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.2 steals across 60 games while shooting 35.8% from deep. Alongside fellow athlete Amen Thompson, Eason gives Houston a defensive identity off the bench, turning stops into transition offense. His motor and versatility are exactly what a rising contender needs from a wing.
