The Milwaukee Bucks achieved the fastest rise to a championship in NBA history, winning the 1971 title in just their third season of existence, powered by the unstoppable Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Oscar Robertson. The franchise remained competitive throughout the 1970s and 1980s with players like Sidney Moncrief. After decades of rebuilding, the Bucks struck gold with the 2013 draft selection of Giannis Antetokounmpo from Greece. "The Greek Freak" transformed from a raw prospect into a two-time MVP and led Milwaukee to the 2021 NBA championship with a historic Finals performance — scoring 50 points in the clinching Game 6. His loyalty to a small-market team has become one of the NBA's most compelling stories.
