Davis's dunk over Andrei Kirilenko in the 2007 playoffs with Golden State is one of the most iconic posterization moments of the 2000s NBA.
He was selected third overall in 1999, the same draft class as Elton Brand, Steve Francis, and Lamar Odom.
Davis played for the Hornets organization on both sides of the franchise relocation — Charlotte and New Orleans.
Later in his career, Davis pursued filmmaking and media ventures, becoming one of the more entrepreneurial former players of his era.
