He tore his ACL in his first NBA Finals appearance with the Phoenix Suns in 2021, missing over a year at the worst possible time.
Saric was drafted 12th overall in 2014 but spent two more years in Europe before coming to Philadelphia, making his debut three years after his draft class.
His nickname in Croatia is The Homie, a moniker given to him by Philadelphia 76ers fans during the Trust the Process era who adopted him as a crowd favorite.
