Johni Broome

Broome is the first consensus National Player of the Year to join the Philadelphia 76ers program in the modern era.

He spent four full seasons at Auburn — rare in today's one-and-done era — developing the complete skill set that made him the most decorated college player in the 2024-25 season.

Growing up in Broward County, Florida, Broome attended Montverde Academy, one of the premier basketball prep schools in the country.

His combination of post skill, passing, and rim protection in one player is compared by scouts to the modern two-way center archetype that NBA teams increasingly covet.
