Bronny James is a young guard for the Los Angeles Lakers and, as the son of LeBron James, one of the most closely watched prospects of his draft class. The 55th pick in 2024 out of USC, he entered the league as a developmental project and has spent much of his early career sharpening his game in the G League, where he averaged 15.6 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.5 assists for the South Bay Lakers in 2025-26 while seeing limited NBA minutes. A rangy defender with an improving jumper, James is on the long-term development track — earning his shot rather than being handed it, and carving out a role apart from his last name.
