Josh Minott's career is a patience story. Charlotte drafted the athletic forward 45th overall in 2022 out of Memphis, immediately flipping him to Minnesota, where three seasons brought flashes but little runway. A 2025 move to Boston and then a February 2026 trade to Brooklyn finally cracked the door, and Minott walked through it, posting career-best production, a 24-point high in March, and comfortable enough range to hover near 42 percent from three. What stands out is the fit: the Nets gave his transition athleticism and cutting instincts room to breathe, and the jumper caught up to the motor.
