Olivier-Maxence Prosper is a Montreal-raised, Marquette-developed wing who sells out on defense. Sacramento drafted him 24th in 2023 and flipped his rights to Dallas, where his length and switchability flashed but steady minutes never quite arrived. The Mavericks waived him in September 2025, and Memphis moved fast, signing the Canadian forward to a two-way deal before converting him to a standard contract in March 2026 as he earned real trust. His identity is defense first: he guards up and down the lineup, slides his feet on the perimeter, and finishes above the rim in transition. The offense is still a work in progress, and his NBA future rides on whether the jump shot catches up to the motor.
