Terry Rozier

The 'Scary Terry' nickname was coined by a Boston fan on Twitter during the 2018 playoffs and immediately went viral — Rozier has embraced it so completely that it has become as recognizable as his actual name.

He grew up in Youngstown, Ohio — a city with a rich basketball heritage — and has spoken about the hunger and edge that growing up there instilled in him.

Rozier chose Louisville over several high-major programs because of Rick Pitino's system and the opportunity to develop his point guard skills at a high level.

He was the only player in the 2018 Eastern Conference playoffs to average 18+ points per game without being named a conference finalist.
